I had signed up for a past edition of the Lake Garda Marathon, which was then unfortunately cancelled. I am still waiting for a refund of the registration fee. What can I do?

It is currently not possible to receive a refund or free registration for LAKE GARDA 42 for registration fees already paid for a previous edition of the Lake Garda Marathon. The LAKE GARDA 42 is organised by a different event agency; the marathon is therefore not connected to the old organiser. We are aware of the issues regarding refunds of registration fees from past editions and understand the frustration and anger of former participants at not receiving a refund or response to their requests. The situation of Covid-19 and the risk we are taking by organising the marathon, made it hard to take the decision of not offering neither a refund nor a starting place to former participants who had already paid their registration fees. However, we encourage former participants to follow us on our social media and subscribe to our newsletter as there may be future updates on possible refunds or discount codes.
