Lover of train rides? No problem! The closest train station is Rovereto, which is positioned strategically on the Brennero line. Both DB and Trenitalia offer direct rides from Germany/Austria and within whole Northern Italy. Buses depart regularly from Rovereto in the direction of Lake Garda. Once you are in Rovereto, jump on the Trentino Trasporti bus to Riva del Garda, Arco or Torbole. Check out the timetables here. Please note that you have to buy the bus ticket in advance as you cannot buy the bus tickets directly on board. If you want to take Flixbus, look for connections to the cities of Trento or Rovereto. There are also direct trips from Munich to Trento.
